Children's Ministries

SUNDAY MORNING:
During the worship service, children will be dismissed to participate in age-appropriate activities in the education building. A notice will be shown on the worship screens in the sanctuary.

  • Children’s Church (Grades 1-5):  Kid’s Corner – 2nd Floor
  • Children's Church (Kindergarten) - Kindergarten Room - 1st Floor
  • Wee Worship (Ages 2-5):  Preschool Room – 1st Floor
  • Nursery (Birth-24 months):  Nursery/Preschool Area – 1st Floor

WEDNESDAY NIGHT:
For children grades 1-5, we have a special program for boys called Royal Ambassadors. For girls, we have Girls in Action. Both programs have a strong missions emphasis. Children have an opportunity to earn badges as they advance through the program, developing a Biblical worldview with a hands-on approach to missions through group projects and activities.

Children's Choir (Kids Praise - 4 years through middle school)– Children have several opportunities throughout the year to participate in the worship service. Our children's choir will typically present a musical message to the congregation once a year, and they lead the congregation in worship with a special song on occasion.

Vacation Bible School – In July each year, we welcome children from neighboring communities to join us for a themed Vacation Bible School. Leaders from Youth age to Seniors teach Bible lessons, enjoy worship, food, and games together as they grow closer to Jesus.

Summer Camp – Kid’s Praise Camp is a wonderful way for children to learn what worship is all about. Through singing, interpretive movement and leading the congregation by playing an instrument, children use their gifts for the glory of God.

Harvest Festival – In October each year, we host a Harvest Festival for our children and their friends, neighbors, families and guests. It's a wonderful outreach for our community each year, and we encourage families to participate together.

Christmas Events – Each year, we plan special events that highlight our children and invite them to be involved in celebrating the birth of our Savior through Christmas gatherings, participating in special services, and singing in Children's Choir.
